The Prime Minister of The Gambia notified the Secretary of State, by a note dated April 27, 1965, that the Government of The Gambia “confirm that they regard themselves as continuing to be bound by the Treaty . . . signed at Moscow on the 5th August 1963 and ratified by the British Government on the 10th October 1963, at which time the latter Government were responsible for the international relations of The Gambia.”
